Privacy Policy

At the Law School Toolbox, LLC (owner of Bar Exam Toolbox), we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our website and subscribers to our newsletter. Here you’ll find information on how we treat data that we collect from visitors to our website, or when someone subscribes to our newsletter or provides information via a website form.

If we collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

Google Analytics

When someone visits the BarExamToolbox.com website we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the website. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website, and all IP addresses are anonymized before being sent to Google Analytics for processing.

If you have questions about how Google protects your personal information, please consult their Privacy Policy.

Newsletter Sign Up

As part of the registration process for our email newsletters, we collect personal information, including, obviously, your email address. We use that information to send the email newsletters you have requested and occasionally to send notifications about our products or services.

We don’t rent or trade email lists with any other organizations or businesses, and you are free to unsubscribe at any point by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email newsletter. If you unsubscribe from all Bar Exam Toolbox email newsletters, all information about you will be removed. If you have subscribed to more than one email newsletter and would like to be unsubscribed from all of them (and have your personal information fully removed), please contact us to request removal and we will do so promptly.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry-standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our email newsletters. For more information on this process, please consult the MailChimp Privacy Notice.

Form Submissions

To obtain information about our products and services, you may opt to provide personally identifiable information using various forms on our website, including, but not limited to, the General Contact Form and Tutoring Contact Form. The information you provide will be securely stored so that we can follow up on your request(s). If you would like us to remove this information, please contact us to request removal, and we will do so promptly.
